Dear friends,
Our heartfelt wishes go to those who have lost loved ones or are currently sick from the COVID-19 virus. This crisis is indeed unprecedented and unpredictable and requires compassion and imagination, vigilance and discipline.
With the health and safety of our community—the Gallery staff; artists; clients; and audiences, as well as our fellow New Yorkers—we will be joining our colleagues in the art world as we temporarily close the Gallery to the public. The Gallery’s dedicated team will be actively working remotely, with access to our resources as we serve the artists we are proud to represent.
We will continue to monitor the guidelines set forth by the World Health Organization and our local governments.
Our commitment to art and artists is unwavering—at the heart of our work is our dedication to artists and free expression. In the best of times, their creativity, courage and perseverance is a source of amazement; their stories and images are deeply profound. Today, we take comfort in artists’ callings, as they demonstrate that each and every one of us has the capacity to open hearts and minds, with imagination and critical perspective.
