Individual artist Regina Silveira brings together an unpublished set of maquettes, parallel to her retrospective at MAC-USP. The Art Exchange Gallery inaugurates the Regina Silveira exhibition | Em Escala is an unpublished selection of projects and models that register works carried out for the artist in public spaces around the world. A show brings together thirteen scale models, compondo a panorama of site-specific works presented in countries such as Germany, Poland and Mexico. along with installations conceived for the façade of MASP and the large glass labyrinth revealed at the latest edition of the São Paulo Biennial. The maquettes document temporary works by Regina that will promote the insertion of a visual narrative in architectural spaces, transforming the experience of the public and the perception of the environment. One of the greatest Brazilian artists of her generation, Regina Silveira Carrega has exhibited in dozens of countries, with works projected for Institutions such as the Reina Sofia Museum (Spain), The Museum of Fine Arts - Houston (USA), Taipei Fine Arts Museum (Taiwan), Seattle Art Museum (USA), among others. Simultaneously with the exhibition at the Bolsa de Arte gallery, Regina Silveira is on display with “Outros Paradoxos”, a retrospective show at the Museu de Arte Contemporary MAC-USP, and the “Touch” installation at Galeria Hugo França, in Trancoso (BA).
